REPAIR PROCESS

When a device is defective, our concern is to ensure rapid continuity.  The defective unit is immediately replaced with a loaner unit which are kept in the client’s different locations.  We always provide our customers with pre-addressed Puro-Paks for fast and efficient shipment of defective devices.  These are sent to Mobilenet for repair and then we return the repaired device to the customer.  Times vary according to each manufacturer.  The loan unit is then returned to its inventory.
