MOBILENET has 15 people dedicated solely to support. Each corporate client is assigned with two support people who know the client’s specific needs and requirements.  They also have an email address and phone number entirely dedicated to their business.  Our bilingual support team is experienced and trained to work hand in hand with the TELUS corporate support department.

 

 

 

MOBILENET has 2 project managers, to ensure the best transition.  The dedicated PM will be on-site in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.  The role of the project manager is to put in place a strategy with the client and to organize every aspect of renewals or new activations. The goal is to have the most transparent transaction for the end user.

 

MOBILENET guaranties shipping for the next business day in Canada for devices and accessories for which we agreed to maintain inventory at all times.  For all other equipment, we guarantee delivery the next business day for orders received before 15h.  Service levels can be adjusted as needed.  Our objective is to provide the fastest possible delivery time for each request.

 

MOBILENET offers an online ordering tool to simplify the daily requests and facilitate report analysis and expense management. The portal is set up with your own specifications and requirements, your choice of required fields, your choice of equipment, accessories and options.  A fully customized tool for your needs.
